Texas basketball is doing something special.

Most of you probably remember the Longhorns as the fifth national champion in Division I women’s basketball history, and the first team to finish a season undefeated back in 1986. Well, let us tell you that this year’s Texas squad is 17–0, their best start in 40 years. The last time the Longhorns opened a season this hot, they finished a perfect 34–0 run and walked away with a national title.

So the question naturally follows: Are the Longhorns gearing up to bring home championship No. 2?
