November 07, 2025 | LITE Edition: #93
Hey, Hoophead!
We just know this college schedule was made by someone who loves the thrills of basketball. It’s a perfect build-up, excitement climbing all week and peaking right over the weekend. Meanwhile, speaking of schedules, it seems these matchups were exactly what pushed Dawn Staley right to the edge of almost lashing out.
And apart from tense moments like these, wow, what a day it was for women’s sports. Now, before we end up spilling all the tea right here, we’ll let you dive in and check it out for yourself.

Thurday’s Poll Result: The majority of you (47%) think Nneka Ogwumike did the right thing joining Project B, while quite a lot of you simply respect her decision.

Miles had a statement TCU debut as all the higher seeds flexed yesterday. Get ready, the SEC giants take the court today! Check out the full schedule here.

2 Truths, 1 Lie
Only two out of these three statements are true. Can you guess the lie? |
Last Game’s Result: This one caught a lot of you off guard! The statement that got the least votes, Staley having two Olympic gold medals, is actually the lie. In reality, Staley has three Olympic medals as both a head coach and assistant coach. Meanwhile, her Gamecocks have won 17 straight games vs LSU, which is the truth (even though it got the most votes!).
And yes, Kim Mulkey is a true NCAA legend, having won championships as a player, assistant coach, and head coach.
