Yet most of us are eyeing November 30 more than the box scores, because that CBA verdict is looming large. For six straight games now, Kim Mulkey’s Lady Tigers have crossed the 100-point mark. With this, they not only became the first SEC team to pull it off, but also tied the all-time women’s college basketball record for most consecutive 100-point games.… a mark that hasn’t been touched in over four decades. The last time anyone hit that mark was in 1982.
And guess the team that held the record before? It’s a wild, wild coincidence.
